About Me

Ginger has dedicated the last 25 years to her personal yoga practice, earning a 200 RYT certificate and becoming a registered NASM wellness coach focused on women’s health.

 

When a life-threatening infection after her second C-section occurred she made it her mission to rebuild her strength and wellbeing. Now, with the wisdom of that journey alongside her training and certification, she’s devoted to guiding others on their own paths to building resilience and wellness.

 

Her story reflects the power of perseverance and the healing possibilities within yoga and mindset mastery.
